The 2027 BOMA Show Waitlist Presale is an exclusive opportunity for 2026 BOMA Show Waitlisters to secure their booth at the 2027 BOMA Show. Presale participants may secure their booth with just a 50% deposit or pay the amount in full. All booth payments are non-refundable.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS AND PRESALE RULES
Online presale registration for waitlisters may be completed from June 22, 2026 through midnight on July 10, 2026.
Waitlister presale registration will end on or after July 10, 2026.
A 50% non-refundable deposit must be submitted to complete the reservation. Full payment is also accepted at the time of reservation and is non-refundable. The online presale registration site takes Visa, Discover, MasterCard or American Express.To qualify for the member rate, the booth balance will be due no later than Jan. 31, 2027, along with your 2027 BOMA Georgia membership dues. Non-payment of either the booth balance or membership dues will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the booth location.
Non-members must pay the balance of the non-member booth fee by Jan. 31, 2027. Non-payment of the booth balance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the booth location.
Changes in booth size and location by presale participants is subject to a $250 administrative fee. No changes to booth size or location are permitted after Jan. 31, 2027.
